The Administration of Hyderabad Cricket Association will be organizing the 85th
Annual General Body Meeting on 28.03.2021 at 10.00 AM at RGICS, Uppal,
Hyderabad.
Appropriate to the Context, a Media Point / Gallery exclusively for
the accredited Journalists of Various Media will be part of the 85th AGM for
overall Event Coverage for 'Public Transparency' .

In the APEX COUNCIL meeting on Wednesday the 03rd of March 2021 it was decided that the long-delayed ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) of the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) will be held on March 28, 2021 at 10 am in the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Uppal. |

APPOINTMENT OF OMBUDSMAN
The letter dated 02-09-2020, which was addressed by me Mohammed Azharuddin as president of HCA to Hon'ble Justice of Supreme Court of India (retired) Mr. Deepak Verma is fully justified and legal.
In the First Apex Council Meeting dated 4th November, 2019 held at HCA's Registered office at
Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Uppal, Hyderabad, it was concurred and reported in the minutes under Item-14 section L page 7 as follows:
"The consent of the Hon'ble Justice Deepak Varma, Judge of the
Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, has been sought for the
appointment of Ombudsman."
The Minutes of the above referred Meeting was signed by all the members of the Apex Council of HCA on the first page and the Hon. Secretary on all pages.
This clearly shows that Mr. Deepak Varma was an approved choice for Ombudsman and he could be appointed as Ombudsman for HCA after his consent was obtained.
